How To Manifest Your Holistic Dream Business In 5 Steps

When it comes to manifesting your dreamy holistic business I always hear the same thing…

BUT HOW?

And most likely you’ve heard me say in other blogs, videos or trainings

So before we get into steps – How Do We Get Our Head in The Game?

You MUST spend some time thinking about what you truly want…not what you want for others…not what you want for your family…not what you want for the world.

You first, and then the rest will follow. If you don’t you will end up working in ways you hate and burn out…remember we are running a holistic business so it should be healthy and thriving right?

Anything you want in business has to be created in your mind first, then felt in your body.

When it follows this formula – manifesting is a breeze.

Mindlessly reciting positive phrases or mantras without being focused and really feeling it in your body doesn’t get you anywhere.

Manifesting is a whole body, mind and spirit event.

Once you start doing it this way – the aligned actions you need to take literally knock on your door.

So let’s chew into the steps you take ONCE you have clarity on your dream business and what that looks like, feels like and operates like, clear in your mind.

STEP 1 – WRITE IT DOWN TO MAKE IT REAL.

Now I learned this tip a while ago and I love it so I want to share it with you.

Put it in a manifestation binder!

I had 5000 journals with bits and pieces everywhere so when it came down to do my monthly/quarterly review I had to go looking for it.

BUT IN A BINDER….

You can have beautiful tabs for each section and it’s easy to adjust and switch out pages…especially when stuff has happened and you want to keep that manifestation mojo going by putting in a new desire.

This ensures that your magnetic gold isn’t broken down into multiple journals or you have to scratch out things or tear out pages.

AND – studies have shown that if you write it down, there is a 42% higher chance you will make it happen.

REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO THINK BIG TO DO BIG THINGS IN YOUR HOLISTIC BUSINESS.

So write down all of that deliciousness where you can easily find it and review it. Be sure to include the feels in what you write down.

STEP 2 – ACT AS IF IT ALREADY EXISTS.

Now this doesn’t mean leasing an expensive clinic space, or purchasing things that you can’t afford.

Rather this can be as simple as letter writing.

So write yourself a yearly letter from your future self as if it’s already happened. It’s basically you congratulating yourself for having accomplished it all. It’s also about how awesome it feels to be living this new life.

Then every 90 days write another one – future self to current self – about all the things that have happened in the last 3 months in your holistic business. How much closer you are to your yearly goal because you stayed focused and on target. How amazing it feels that building your holistic business is so freaking easy!

Let me help you out a bit:

“I’m so proud of you that you did “X” amount of revenue in the last 90 days. It feels so awesome to know that we can easily make the income jump we desire. I love jumping out of bed in the morning to sit in meditation so that I can feel into all the wealth I am creating and that’s because you started this practice back in “XXX”

This letter is about what you want, how you’re going to do it and act as if it’s been accomplished.

And where do we put these cheerleading letters???

….in your manifestation binder of course. Be sure to read the previous ones before you write the next ones so that you get that extra boost of “I’m awesome”.

STEP 3 – MAKE SPACE BY CREATING SYSTEMS.

This is the step I geek out on. I love systems and I’m not afraid to share it.

What this does for you is it makes it easier for you to step into your new way of being because it’s not always about the attraction.

You also need to subtract from your life to make space.

Spend some time thinking about what do you need to let go of to have the space to receive this new wealth and time freedom and what systems need to be put in place to make everything in your business easier.

An example here would be:

Do I stop posting on 50 platforms and just master one? Okay I’m going to master one – linked in. What system do I need to create to consistently master linked in to bring me new clients?

STEP 4 – ALWAYS INCLUDE THE FEELS.

The easiest way to do that is to visualize yourself from the moment you wake up, go to work, get home and go to bed and how each piece feels.

Once you have this figured out you can then build your business around it.

Making a crap load of money isn’t enough if you don’t get all tingly about it.

But if the feeling of writing big cheques makes you go “EEK I LOVE THIS” then that’s what you are looking for.

What this also does for you when you set your vision is it gives you the flexibility to adjust as you go.

Because let’s face it, sometimes things don’t go according to plan….sometimes they work out even better!

Plus by keeping a finger on the feels it keeps your vibration high and your mindset focused on what’s supporting you and what’s crashing you.

These could include things like:

Overlearning things you don’t need to
Not preparing proper meals so that you are nourished throughout your work day
Paying attention to your gut when something doesn’t feel right

STEP 5 – TRUST THE PROCESS.

Sometimes things happen in leaps and bounds and others take a pain staking amount of time to reap the rewards. You know that whole plant seeds in the spring, watering and fertilizing all summer, harvest the bounty in the fall example.

How I like to look at this is – whatever is happening is either adding to my success or teaching me something I need to know to add to my success.

If I get really stuck on this I ask these two questions until an answer pops:

What’s right about this I’m not getting?
What else is possible here I’ve never even considered?

They work like magic.

Because hey….
