The first awareness you want to have is that juggling creates that chaos and overwhelm that you are feeling right now.
And it creates crazy slow results where it then makes us feel like giving up.
Rather what we want to do is create a structure, a system, where you have dedicated time to accomplish things that are vital to the wellbeing of your business and yourself.
Notably, juggling is a detrimental habit that we have created for ourselves when we buy the lie that structure is boring or uncreative.
The Success Mindset is – Consistency in Marketing Creates Easy Success & Time Freedom.
In particular, you want consistency as your way of being in your business….no matter where you are at in your entrepreneurial journey.
I believe that consistency is a pillar to creating a lucrative signature program business as a holistic professional where you’re generating 10k, 20k, 50k months consistently. And of course you’re generating a ton of time freedom for yourself. Plus you only need to have a very small number of people on your team once you expand.
Consistency in marketing is what you want to embrace and create for yourself from day one in your holistic signature program business. So in other words, even while you’re creating your signature program.
To emphasize, consistency gives us strength in getting our message out there to our ideal clients. It gives us resilience. It grows our confidence and it gives us focus and direction all the while minimizing entrepreneurial anxiety.
I’m going to give you five quick tips on the key things to focus on being consistent to get exponential results from the time and the energy that you’re putting into creating and growing your holistic signature program business.
Therefore it’s important to understand, creating consistency in marketing that magnetizes your dream clients coming into you is simple.
It gives you the top 3 things that being a successful holistic professional desires – money, time freedom, and fulfilling your purpose on a deep soul level.
If this is what you desire – consistency is going to be something that you want to fall in love with, appreciate and have gratitude for.
Consistency elevates you as the expert in your industry. Moreover it’s a free strategy that works brilliantly for you.
Consistency in Marketing Removes Uncertainty & Creates Trust!
It’s so important to create trust in yourself.
I want you to really think about that for a moment. Sit in the energy of what it feels like to really trust yourself.
Plus it creates trust for people who hear you, see you or learn about you. And trust in turn leads to influence that leads to new clients into invitations to speak or joint venture with other powerful expertise. Ultimately resulting in raising your prices to create even more time freedom for you.
Consistency in Marketing Gives You Something To Measure & Master!
In fact, this is crucial to building your business strategically.
Unless you’ve tried something new and consistently done it over a period of time you won’t know if it works or not. You just won’t know.
You want to decide in advance how long you’re going to do something and the layout the basic, mid and powerhouse results you desire to achieve. Then ensure that you consistently apply that technique before assessing whether it’s working or not.
In fact, just jumping in to “try” something is such a waste of time and energy. It keeps your marketing sluggish, slow and ineffective.
Rather decide that you are going to it for 6 months to a year – CONSISTENTLY – before assessing whether it works or not.
You will track and review along the way so that you can do slight tweaks to improve it.
What you are NOT doing is questioning should I do this or should I not do that.
That’s a huge amount of time and energy and redesigning of how we marketing that we don’t want to have to do. It means not jumping into a marketing gimmick all willy nilly. It’s sitting down and thinking it out strategically and doing your research.
I love measuring mastery because it takes the emotion out of what you are doing and it gives you clarity. The clarity is where the gold is. It is so important. It gives you that elusive entrepreneurial clarity everyone is looking for.
Let me give you a personal example about setting a goal, consistency and tracking
Let me give you an example in relation to my energetic health. There was a period of time where I was constantly dragging my butt. I had no juice. I was eating well, sleeping an excessive amount of hours (9+ a night) and just couldn’t get myself into an energetic rhythm.
A good friend of mine who is always bubbling with energy told me that she attributed her energy to daily Qi Gong.
So I decided to give it 6 months. The first 30 days I decided to do it 3x a week for 20min – Tues/Thurs/Sat.
Then I documented my energy levels and sleep patterns. On the days I did Qi Gong, I accomplished more in my day and I slept better and less hours. On the days I didn’t there was still the sluggishness but not to the extreme degree I had before.
Month 2 I upped it to 40 min for 3 days and tracked it. The results, another big jump in energy and shaving down of sleep where I was waking up naturally and more energized ahead of my alarm.
Month 3 I added another day – 20 min and again improved results….
That was 11 years ago. I still do Qi Gong and when I am feeling sluggish I do an extra-long session to rebuild my chi and my energy.
However if I wouldn’t have tracked it, I wouldn’t have tweaked or added to the practice like I did. Most likely I would have thought it was something else that shifted me.
I felt incredible and I trusted myself that I could make the time to do it.
It creates a sense of capability and self-trust and confidence and just pride in ourselves.
Consistency in Marketing Creates Personal Accountability!
If I had not set consistency goal of creating a blog a week, I wouldn’t do it.
I set that goal when I became a therapist back in the early 2000’s and it pushes me to stay fresh. This enables me to stay connected with what my clients are looking for now. And I love writing blogs.
Showing up consistently on camera creates all the feel goods for me in my business. I love creating videos for YouTube on mindset. It creates trust in you because you know that I’m committed to you and your mindset.
People who subscribe to my channel know and trust me to deliver on my promise to have something for them every single week.
Accountability happens by being consistent.
This consistency elevates you in your own being and elevates you in the outside world.
Consistency in Marketing Creates Reputation!
The fastest, easiest way to create a trustworthy reputation is to be consistent in how you show up in your marketing. It creates that amazing reputation for quality and for trust.
Furthermore, if you’re consistently doing something for a few weeks, and then you disappear, and then you come back again it’s like dabbling.
I have watched some colleagues of mine do these launches and they change job titles all the time. They’re trying this and they’re trying that. I get they’re trying to see what works but they’re not giving any one thing enough time to work.
It becomes the hopeful shotgun blast that if I try it all, maybe something will work. What this does to you is it lowers your energy. It lowers your self-confidence.
Consistency in marketing will lead shorten your ramp up time getting to six figures and to multi six figure income which is absolutely attainable.
Every single holistic professional with a signature program can get to six and multiple six figures.
You must be willing to be consistent in your marketing for weeks, months and even years. I’ve been in a holistic business for over 20 years.
It’s weeks, months and years, not just for a day or two here and there. It doesn’t work. You’ll get no benefit from it whatsoever. If you are consistently doing it – you absolutely will.
I promise you will see the shift. You will see the upward momentum in your business with a signature program and it keeps building.
Be aware – you can’t grow what you’re not doing.
You Can’t:
- create clarity about what you’re not doing.
- improve what you’re not doing.
- go into a place of expansion and increase what you’re not doing.
Here Are Some Tips For Consistency In Marketing
- Be on video at least once a week where your ideal clients are hanging out.
Examples:
A short video on your business page, a reel or an Insta story. Love being on camera? Maybe do a larger video on your YouTube channel or in your group.

2. Be sure that in that video you make a clear call to action. Every time you’re in front of the camera – never skip it.
In particular, don’t get swayed by watching bigger players in your industry. They already have the bigger lists and followings. They all started right here and so should you. CTA’s for days ladies. That’s what you want to keep in mind.
Never, ever, ever assume that your clients know that they can purchase a program from you. They don’t. You need to tell them and make it really clear and really simple for them to take action.
For this reason, tell them how to contact you. Why to contact you and what happens after they contact you. Keep is simple!
3. Send an email every single week. Want to make it super easy? Have a link to the video that you just posted.
Additionally, it doesn’t matter if you have a small list. Being consistent with your overall marketing will grow your list.
What happens is you’re creating connection and loyalty.
4. Leverage other people’s audiences.
An example of this would be to be a guest expert on a podcast – ideally twice a week. I teach more how to do this inside Signature Program Mastery.
In fact, people are always looking for experts to come in and be a fresh face and voice on their podcast.
I use the same methodology inside of my business.
Now you can be interviewed on YouTube channels, inside Facebook groups, Podcasts. There are so many opportunities for you. Two times a week will build your list very quickly.
5. Give high quality tips, secrets or strategies that elevate a client’s thinking about what’s possible for their health.
In fact, there’s so much opportunity for holistic health services right now. It’s actually astonishing because of the pandemic. People want you to be online. They want you to be accessible to them so that they can invest in themselves and their health through you.
When you’re talking with your client about their health you can pull these tips from the program that you take them through when they hire you as their expert.
Moreover, be specific. Don’t be a generalist because then you won’t stand out from the crowd.
This gives your ideal client the kind of value that beautifully aligns with you owning your worth and feeling confident charging high ticket.
Therefore, you want to be aligning your work with your messaging and you want to be charging high ticket. You want to be the kind of holistic professional who takes clients through a program that guides through a series of steps that creates the biggest impact for their health and life.
And if you’re using all your own content, it will catapult you into six figures very, very rapidly. And then from there into multi six figures which is where we’ve been every year ever.
